Sideloading with a computer

Prepare

  1. Download the IPA from a source you trust.
  2. Install a desktop signing tool from its official website (see Signing Tools).
  3. Connect your iPhone or iPad with a cable and trust the computer.

Install

  1. Open the signing tool and select your IPA.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID when prompted.
  3. Start the install and wait for it to finish.

Trust the developer profile

On your device, open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust the profile linked to your Apple ID. On iOS 16 and later you may also need to enable Developer Mode.
